Our Team

Meagan Smitsdorff

Meagan Smitsdorff

Director of Operations

World renowned parallel parker. We’re pretty sure Meagan is a descendant of Julia Childs with those exquisite culinary skills of hers. More importantly though, she’s the backbone of Cadence day-to-day operations and keeps us on our toes. At home, she’s still waiting for her kids to make her something she actually wants, like a bottle of wine out of macaroni and glue.

Lana Winnichyn

Lana Winnichyn

Art Director

Dog enthusiast (Dogs named Soma that is). Random driftwood collector (WestCoast). Outdoors is where we find Lana when she’s out of earshot. She has a meticulous eye for design, graphically, and in print. As art director at Cadence, she’s an adventurer at heart and we wouldn’t have it any other way. #DangerZone LANA!

Adam Harnden

Adam Harnden

Developer

Former assistant producer at Moderngroove in the hotbed Video game Industry in Vancouver, BC, Adam has hobbies that are more exciting than yours or mine. This self taught front end developer flies planes, raced GT3 classed cars at Mission Speedway, and tattoos people IRL. Adam doesn’t think outside the box when it comes to WebDev, he’s too busy bending the spoon.

Gordon Paterson

Gordon Paterson

Director of Marketing

Gordon is a start-up junkie, small-time blogger, and a student of all things tech - he’s always learning. His claim to fame was that one time his little company trended on Twitter and he won’t let his co-workers forget about it…ever. He’s a bourbon enthusiast (no, it’s not a problem), worships at the church of baseball in what little spare time he finds, and prays to the almighty Google gods.
